Wellington Cathedral of St Paul
Built in three stages and of reinforced concrete this interesting building was designed with earthquakes in mind. The foundation stone was laid by a young Queen Elizabeth in 1954 and the first stage was opened in 1964.
It needs a damn good paint job!
A stunning tapestry hangs behind the altar. The pastel colours are unusual and not what you expect in a Cathedral, different.
Waterfront Colour Wellington
Yellow bollard with houses on the hill
Houses on the hill. Note the boat sheds on the bottom of the image
The boat sheds. Whats inside? Look down to the two people and the open door.
Inside the open door! (Yuck)

Grace
Getting ready for disco, broken shoulder support and all.
Poor kid never complained once.
Nana hovering behind
Thomas
Getting ready for a kids dance. We put some red paint in his hair but it never worked that well.
He had fun and the best part of the evening according to Thomas was not the dancing, hell no, it was playing tag with his mate!
