More Devonport Rd Works

CBD Tauranga is on the move. Currently every third or fourth building is up for lease (empty) and more are being torn down. Gut feel is that once the rebuild is is complete business owners will be scrambling to get back into the down town area. Parking needs to be addressed in the process.

Meanwhile there seems to be a new coffee shop popping up down town, weekly....

Grace

It's been a while since I could record some photos of G.

These were send to me on the weekend as Grace was preparing to head off to receive a well deserved award at a public function.

With Mum
And Dad
10 years earlier. Stunning and nothings changed.

Down Town Devonport Road

Lots happening. Old buildings being demolished new ones underway, September 2021.

There has been a butcher at this site for decades. Now departed.

96 years of service at 88 Devonport Rd, now completed.
Devonport Towers in the background.
Just up the road the newest and largest building in town is well underway.
