During construction in September 2025.
It was a wet day and the lighting was unusual giving a very gold cast. I could have corrected that but I think it suits the building and the fact it cost a lot of tax payers gold.
Inside the day after the opening mid October 2026
There is some lovely architecture and some very interesting looking spaces I have yet to explore. I asked my wife, where are the books? You need to travel up to the upper floor to find them.
Overall very impressive.
