Geoff. many thanks for your comments and the links. I have not seen some of these. I went to the large print off the lithograph I have on my wall here at home and studied it. It does not show the cut. It does show the old way into the harbour to the left hand side which took ships past Arrow Rock (later called Fife shire Rock). See what you think.
